2. Summary of your return rights
Subject to the conditions below, you may return most products purchased from us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs unless we have stated otherwise or the product was faulty). You do not need to give a reason for the return when exercising this right where applicable under law (e.g. EU Consumer Rights Directive). We may offer a longer return period for certain promotions; any such extension will be stated at the time of purchase or in your order confirmation.
This policy is in addition to any statutory rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence (e.g. right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days in the EU, or state-law rights in the U.S.). Nothing in this policy is intended to limit those statutory rights.
3. Eligibility for returns
3.1 General conditions
- You must notify us of your wish to return the product within the return period (14 days from delivery, unless a different period is stated).
- The product should be returned in its original packaging where possible, in a resaleable condition. We may refuse a return or reduce the refund if the product has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics (e.g. opening sealed packaging or using a significant amount of the product may affect eligibility, depending on the product and applicable law).
- Some products may be excluded from return for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g. sealed consumables that have been opened). We will indicate any such exclusions on the product page or at checkout where applicable.
3.2 Faulty or incorrect products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including any shipping costs you incurred) in accordance with applicable consumer law. You may be asked to provide photos or a short description to help us process your claim. We may request that you return the product for inspection where appropriate.
4. How to request a return
To start a return:

- We will confirm whether your return is accepted and, if so, provide you with return instructions (e.g. return address, any return reference number, and whether you need to use a specific carrier or label).
- Pack the product securely, ideally in its original packaging, and ship it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable service and keeping proof of postage. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless we have agreed otherwise (e.g. in the case of a faulty or incorrect item).
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund in accordance with section 5 below.
Returns that are sent without prior contact or without following our instructions may experience delays or may not be accepted. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit unless you have used a trackable service and can provide evidence of delivery to our return address.
5. Refunds
5.1 Timing
We will process your refund within 14 days of either (a) receiving the returned product, or (b) receiving proof that you have sent the product back (where we have agreed that you may receive the refund before we receive the product, e.g. in some jurisdictions). The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise. It may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to credit your account after we have processed the refund.
5.2 Amount
For eligible returns:
- We will refund the full purchase price of the returned product(s).
- Unless otherwise stated or required by law (e.g. faulty or incorrect product), we do not refund the original shipping cost paid by you. If you received free shipping, no deduction is made for shipping.
- If you are returning only part of an order, we will refund only the price of the returned item(s). We may deduct the cost of return shipping from the refund where permitted by law and where we have informed you of this in advance.
We may deduct from the refund an amount corresponding to any diminished value of the product if it has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, where permitted by law. We will inform you before making any such deduction.
5.3 Non-refundable situations
We are not obliged to give a refund where:
- The return period has expired and no extension applies.
- The product is excluded from return (e.g. certain hygiene-sensitive items that have been opened) and we have clearly informed you of this before purchase.
- The product has been damaged or altered by you after delivery (other than to establish its nature and functioning where allowed).
- You have not followed our return instructions and we have not agreed to accept the return.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product or quantity, you may return the original product in accordance with this policy and place a new order. We will process the return refund as set out above once the return is received and accepted.
7. International returns
If you are returning a product from outside the United States, you are responsible for complying with any customs or export requirements and for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable international service. Refunds will be made in the same currency as the original payment where possible; currency conversion is subject to your bank or payment provider's terms.
8. Consumer rights
This Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. In the European Union and United Kingdom, you may have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance or off-premises contract without giving a reason, subject to certain conditions and exceptions (e.g. sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery).
